Lots of people working out, all ages (looked to me like 18 to 70/80 years old).Equipment looked in good shape. Plenty of trainers too. Pretty clean also.

The employees are so nice, helpful and the place is sparkling clean. Tristan, my personal trainer is the best! She was so patient with all of my questions. Glad I made the step to join.
