Dropped in for a Saturday wod while in town visiting family. I found this gym to have a great structured program, knowledgeable staff, and welcoming members. Overall a great atmosphere.

Awesome gym, with an awesome staff! I spent an entire year @ Leavenworth, and never knew about this gem. The Army bought me back to Leavenworth for a few weeks, and I got to get in 2 great workouts during their Saturday Open. If you want fun, excitement, and intense; come check them out!

Best gym in Leavenworth / Platte City area. Owner is super nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommended for any type of training from CrossFit, to general fitness and even OCR.
