“This is my go-to gym on base! It may look old on the outside, but don’t let it deceive you because the equipment is new and this place has everything you need! Staff are always friendly and willing to help if needed. The locker rooms are a little out of date but the staff make sure it’s as clean as possible. It can get pretty crowded during lunch time, but I have seen a lot worse. There is no pool at this location, but they do have a lot of equipment for heavy lifting and those people who like to do that CrossFit stuff. Even though I always wear my own headphones it would be nice if they had some music playing every day for those random days I forget mine. Other than that this place is a great spot to get your lift on!”

The coaches and members keep you accountable and we’ve made a great community. The nutrition coaching was also helpful! Overall great place to get a good workout and change your lifestyle!”
