Both of the times I used them we were moved promptly on the day I needed (no long wait-times). All of our goods were carefully packed, moved safely, and arrived in perfect condition. Both times we moved a piano and it was important to me to have that done perfectly. The entire crew, both times, were friendly and introduced themselves by name.
