“Best experience ever!!! Not only Saturday afternoon (late) but I was able to rent a storage space over the phone but was able to inspect before I paid. All over the phone!!! Thank you Tower Storage !!!”
“Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very professional and helpful. John Crum was very meticulous in taking inventory of my stuff and quoting the price. No surprises.
Connie House, at the office was also very helpful and courteous. Both loading and unloading crew was also vey polite and friendly. All in all what usually is a very stressful process was made less stressful.
Thank you.”
“I had a small indoor locker for years and the staff has consistently shown outstanding customer service and support. I would highly recommend this location for storage.”

“I rent one of the trailer down on Shawnee St. I've been renting it now for about 6 months. The owners are real nice people to work with. I never had any trouble with them at all. If you want to rent from them you need to call them to see if they have any trailers for rent.”
“Highly recommend bringing all your shipping needs to this place. I had wonderful service from two wonderful ladies who work there and helped with my shipping needs. I'll definitely keep going back there for my shipping needs. Very kindhearted and caring ladies who answered every question I had and were very polite with me. Definitely 10 out of 10 best shipping service I ever had.”
“The owner of this business has been beyond helpful for me, especially when it comes to the affordability. Her staff is always extremely kind and helpful and can answer any questions that I have. They are always quick to help when you call with questions or concerns. The integrity of their business and how the business is ran is wonderful.”

“The facility is always well maintained, and Khristi’s knowledge of the building is outstanding. She makes renting a storage unit easy and stress-free, which is especially appreciated when moving is already stressful enough!”
