Trying to reach this facility is impossible when you are wanting to do the right thing. Is this location even still in operation? USPS is possibly one of the worst Gvt departments we have now in my opinion.

Unreliable in providing passport services. We have scheduled two separate appointments across 2 weeks and the office called hours before each appointment to cancel on both occasions. I cannot personally recommend using this office to obtain a passport in a reasonable timeframe.

They FINALLY got rid of the horrible woman who would always be on her phone and was hostile, angry, and lazy. The people there are so nice and friendlyz
