“After placing my bicycle in the bike rack of my car, I mistakenly placed my bike’s front wheel on the car and drove away. Of course, I lost the wheel somewhere along Katy Trail between Saint Charles and Jefferson City. I went to Midwest Cyclery to order a new wheel. Unfortunately, DT Swiss only sold my wheels with the Canyon bicycle. My only recourse was to purchase a set of wheels. Midwest Cyclery searched Facebook post for the Katy Trail and found my wheel. Words cannot express my gratitude.”

“My wife was in the market for her 2nd ebike. Erik's had several in stock for her to test ride. They were very patient in answering her questions and setting up the test rides, with proper seat heights and how to navigate the shifting and power levels. These small steps enhanced her test rides and guided her to an excellent choice. She is very happy with her new ebike.
During our first ride the new seat we had added loosened. She went back to the store with the bike on the car rack and two service techs saw her drive up, came right out of the store and helped her get the bike in to service. They were able to quickly fix the problem and she was on her way. She was amazed at this outstanding service. Great sales team and service after the sale!”
