“Nice people who enjoy biking themselves. They are very knowledgeable but don’t act all high and mighty. They seem to genuinely enjoy helping me solve problems, teaching me how to take care of my bike, and answering questions.”

“The people who work in this bike shop are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had been looking at eBikes for several years and I wound up going with this shop because I wanted to use somebody local and they carried the brand I was interested in. They spent quite a bit of time educating me about the different brands annd models. Once I made the decision to purchase, I had a beautiful eBike in my hands less than a week later! I like knowing that I can take my bike back to the shop if it needs any tweaks, and then I will get honest advice. As a female, I felt respected and listened to.”
“I tried to find 11 degree sweep mtb handlebars at a dozen other websites and all of them were out of stock or no longer stocked. Then I found them at West Bottoms and I am amazed at their full offerings and well-organized website. I had never heard of them. I think that I have a new favorite go-to supplier on all my equipment. THANK YOU West Bottoms!”
“I had a great experience with Elite Cycling and Daniel during my bike fit. Daniel was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seemed to have my best interests in mind. Since the fit, I feel much more comfortable on the bike, and my knee is finally starting to settle down. I’m even back to riding 50 miles again! I highly recommend Daniel and Elite Cycling.”
“I pretty much knew what E mountain bike I wanted and I’ve been saving up for it. I walked in to Eriks when they opened and Casey immediately came and asked how he could help and an hour later I had my bike ready for their dealer prep - They took care of tubeless tires and the whole process within a couple hours, and I was riding by the end of the day.
The Aventon Current E bike is my first ebike the whole experience was absolutely amazing…
Casey went above and beyond - especially for this 58 year old - absolutely 5 stars
And this Aventon Bike - for getta about it!!! Freaking amazing!!! (And I haven’t even gotten to Colorado yet) 🤪🤪🤪”
“After placing my bicycle in the bike rack of my car, I mistakenly placed my bike’s front wheel on the car and drove away. Of course, I lost the wheel somewhere along Katy Trail between Saint Charles and Jefferson City. I went to Midwest Cyclery to order a new wheel. Unfortunately, DT Swiss only sold my wheels with the Canyon bicycle. My only recourse was to purchase a set of wheels. Midwest Cyclery searched Facebook post for the Katy Trail and found my wheel. Words cannot express my gratitude.”
“I have purchased many bicycles from Bike America over the years for my children, grandchildren and family. Nick , Phil and the crew are the best! We still have our bikes and have had countless hours of enjoyment on and off road. We remain very grateful customers.”
“Took my son's bike in to see about shrinking it down for him! Britton was fantastic! He made the adjustments to the cranks, stem and handle bars and we had the bike back the same day!! My son loves the changes and commented he can tell a big difference! Thanks Britton!”

“The fellas were very helpful and friendly. Helped me find the tools I was looking for, let reminded they have a Service/Maintenance department if I needed more help. Love that they were welcoming to pets!!!”
