“This was our first time visiting and it was a hit with the family. We ordered General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Wings, Orange Chicken, Beef Dumplings, Crab Rangoons, Chicken Fried Rice, and the Fried Wontons. Everything was really tasty. Out of all of the food we got our least favorite was the chicken fried rice; it lacked some flavor in the meat. After adding some soy sauce though, it was good. The Fried Wontons were delicious! We all liked the dumpling sauce with just about everything. The little shop in the store was nice too. My son said he loved the ambiance.”

“I bought a candle at Crate & Barrel in Overland Park, KS for about $30.00 and when I lighted it, it did not smell at all; next day I lighted it again longer and nothing smell. I was upset because I usually buy my candles at TJ Max or Aldis for $6.00 or $7.00 and smell delicious, so I went back with my receipt and requested a refund. Of course the cashiers did not want to give me a refund or exchange because it was already burned a little, which I explained “yes, and that is why I know this is not right paying that much for a candle that does not smell or “play music” , they did not like that so I requested the store manager, I believe her name was Laura, but not sure, and she did agreed on an exchange after I explained her the problem, she lighted the candle and confirmed the smell was too soft ( to me there was no smell). Anyway, I came home with a different scent “Basel Nettle Flower & Sage” and truly smells divine and I don’t need to burn it too long and my whole house smells so good. So I just wanted to thank this manager for her understanding and her professionalism how to listen to customers, no matter how small the investment. She really made me her client again. “Custom upholstery @ a reasonable price! I looked at replacing my older outdoor cushions that were still reasonably good inside but faded. The replacement costs were triple what we originally paid. We picked out custom outdoor fabrics and modernized our color scheme. Now we have a beautiful look for a cheaper price! I’m in love!!! I’ve included our before and after so you can really see the difference!”
“The store manager, Dominique, is phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares about high quality customer care. She went above and beyond for us and Pottery Barn is so lucky to have an employee like her.
4 months ago we purchased a power recliner from Pottery Barn Kids that was delivered with “white glove delivery.” The day it was delivered we noticed the chair was not operating correctly and called customer service to have the chair repaired or replaced. Dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare to say the least. It took 4 months of calls and emails to remedy the situation and get a refund for the broken chair that we were never able to use. That’s where Dominique comes in. She helped us to problem solve, communicate with the corporate office, and ultimately get a new chair to replace what we had purchased. Without her I would still be calling/emailing corporate customer service with no resolution. I am extremely disappointed in PB customer service as a company. However, Dominique understands the importance of customer relationships and high quality care. 5 stars for her!”
