In addition to shoes and clothing, Macy's has a wide variety of housewares, gifts and furniture in select stores. Customers have praised the helpful and professional staff at Macy's. One shopper had a great experience with a stylist named Rance, who assisted him in selecting a complete outfit, from suit to accessories, in just over an hour. Another customer, shopping for Father's Day, was assisted by Sharon, who expertly matched shirts and pants, and helped them find the perfect dress pants and sport coat. The staff upstairs in the men's department were also noted for being very nice and helpful. However, not all experiences were positive. One customer, looking for petite sizes, was disappointed in the clothing selection, finding most of it to be "ugly". Another customer had difficulty finding what they needed due to health reasons. Overall, the reviews highlight Macy's strengths in customer service and brand selection, while also acknowledging room for improvement in certain areas.
The food plates are huge and the food was good. It was very busy so you really have to know exactly what you’re getting so a first time visitor could did it a bit challenging to decide and place their order.

Couldn't find much, wear petite size didn't find much. Hadn't been shopping in a long time for health reasons. Disappointed for sure. Really, need new buyers most the clothes were ugly.

The staff at this location was super helpful. We went looking for sunglasses and our salesperson went to great lengths to ensure we had the information needed to make a decision. Definitely will be going there again
