“Shopped here while the dog was at the groomer. Of course I found a few items I "needed". ? Truly though I needed new towels and they had beautiful designs, high quality material and great pricing.I also found a beautiful fleece Disney Mermaid blanket for my daughter who's home from college. Can't wait to gift it to her.The check out line was long but the staff moved quickly and handled the line with great efficiency. It's holiday time so crowds are expected.The cashier who assisted me was Eli. He was very personable and professional. He was patient with me when I decided to put back a couple of things due to budget. He also handled the entire interaction with a smile ? He put the "cherry ? on top" of a great shopping experience.”

“Lesa is a lovely and caring human being with a serious talent for alterations. I had a bridesmaid dress that needed to be shortened at the hem, was too big in the top, and not shaped well in the hips. It looks and feels amazing now! Her prices are super reasonable as well. I will be using her again for alterations and hitting up her fabulous store for formal attire!”

“Went in looking for jeans and a coat. I didn't find a coat that I liked however I found a perfect fit for jeans. Ross is "hit or miss". I hit it perfectly. Ended up with a pair of BEAR CLAW boots and a pair of Wolverine snow boots. Would have cost well over $200.00, I paid $58.00 for both! I'm picky, no apparent stitch issue, felt wonderful. Also stumbled across things that I needed for home decor. I absolutely love Ross. My Belton store is fantastic. Great staff.”

“A nice location with pleasant and helpful staff. There was an issue in the women's bathroom while I was there. Apparently a large mess was left. The managers (courtney and megan?) were prompt in addressing and resolving the issue. Going above and beyond to bring us a clean and sanitary shopping experience. “Although the customer service counter seemed to move very slowly, once it was my turn, my pickup order was ready and accurate. This is my first pickup order experience at any JCPENNEY and I appreciated how easy it was. It would be nice to have a separate line for pickups so that orders that are already paid for can get priority service over someone with a giant load of returns/purchases who takes 15+ minutes at the counter. Once you find the entrance, the parking is convenient and plentiful on the top level of the parking structure.”

“Great buys! But only 2 cashiers for Christmas time is by far, not enough. Great service by the cahiers. I felt bad for them, though, I'm sure overworked and underpaid. The store was trashed because the public didn't seem to care they trashed the store, leaving merchandise like clothes scattered all over the floor. We know the employees will work late to clean it all up, only to repeat the next day. They need raises!”

“This is one of the closer locations to me so I go here more often than not. The store is always clean and well organized for the most part. It's TJ Maxx so you never know what you might find, which is part of the fun.The lines have been long lately but it's been holiday shopping time and they move them at a pretty fast and efficient pace. The cashiers are normally friendly and professional.The last time I called looking for an item the lady on the phone was rude. She seemed "put out" by my inquiry regarding an item I was looking for and the status of whether it was in stock or not. I don't even think she looked because she put me on hold and quickly took me off saying they didn't have the item. This is speculation if course.Anywho, I normally have a good shopping experience here and it's in a location where there's plenty of other options so you can potentially get all your shopping done nearby. Which is always nice!”
