Received 5 Star service at nbkc. This day and age it seems harder to find premium customer service. That is exactly what I received from Linda Sutherland at the Indian Creek Parkway nbkc location. I recommend these folks for any of your banking needs.

I currently use nbkc for my business banking. The set-up process was fairly easy and completed in 30 minutes. My debit card arrived within 2 weeks. I love that my business account doesn’t have a minimum amount or transaction requirement. It’s perfect for small businesses without huge cash flow. Highly recommend.

Bank in Overland Park needs to move to a location that is not so congested, has more available parking spaces, and has a drive thru lane. Other than location that has walk-in only access and no public bathroom, customer service and employees are great. Love doing business with them.
