“Ok, So I believe in second chances so I went back to these guys. This time, I ended up working with Ryan Pichardo. Great guy, great personality, great communication skills! Ended up getting the mortgage we wanted for the house we will live in and at a better rate we expected. He gave us some tips we didn't even know about to maximize our mortgage savings. I have a few rental properties I want to refinance and will be refinancing with Ryan! Rather then getting it done fast, he recommended I wait a few months to refinance them to get the most bang for my buck!”
