The lovely ladies helped us find the plants we were looking for by escorting us directly to them, instead of just pointing us in the general direction. Nobody has customer service like that anymore. Sadly, The Staff what was there the day I went made everything else miserable.. I asked a question, I got looked at like I was a bother.. Not one person said Hello.. All 3 were rude and ruined my first experience in the Store.. I originally came in for a few Spices.. We wanted to look around a bit more but decided to just Check Out and leave..

“It is incredibly difficult to find a truly good florist who doesn't resort to using weeds and cheap containers that are eyesores when creating arrangements. I wanted something far more upscale and that is exactly what was delivered. The event was most important as my best friend of many decades lost her mother. It was vital she had beautiful flowers in Kansas City when she arrived for her mother's memorial. I cannot thank Beco Flowers enough for the utter quality and first impression that was delivered. In addition, communication was superb! There is a reason this florist has a five star rating and I would give them 20 if I could. Well done and thank you ever so much.”

“I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff are, from Crossroads to Morningside! Last week I stopped by the Crossroads location and the lady working was so helpful in showing me what different options I could choose from for a bouquet making party I was going to. I also mentioned that a plant I purchased from Verdant a few months ago had started leaning a bit and I needed some help with repotting it. I told her I'd be near the Morningside location the following week, so she went out of her way to check who would be working the day I had planned to stop in so I'd have someone there to help me!
That led me to Erica (if I remember her name correctly)! She was extremely helpful and informative, and answered all my questions on how to better care for my plant.
Another sweet lady at Morningside (I didn’t get her name, but she has the cutest little clog shoes) is always so intentional and makes every part of the experience feel special. They even gave me some beautiful sunflowers to take home and wrapped them in their tissue and ribbon!
Every time I stop into either location, I know I’ll be greeted like I’m their most valuable customer. Everyone is always so kind and intentional, and I can't help but keep coming back because of it!”

“This place was so much bigger than I anticipated! And there was so much to look at and shop for. I loved that they have ADHDIY classes in the back so you can craft and make your own things to take home. Lots of varieties of plants. This was my first time visiting and I'll absolutely be back.”

“My edger broke and while I’m fairly handy, the needed repairs seemed a bit outside my ability. I originally took it to the hardware store I purchased the machine and they informed me they had no mechanic and it would take several weeks, perhaps more than a month, to get around to repairing it.
I instead took the edger to Maisch Small Engine because of the high reviews on here.
They gave a realistic timeline on when to expect the repair to be done and gave the machine a full look over before taking it back to the repair area.
When I went in to pick up the repaired edger, they told me they had discovered there was a warranty on my machine. I was unaware of a warranty and was anticipating a costly repair. But instead, the repair was at no cost.
While I don’t expect this experience to happen to everyone or every time, the fact they took the time to check if there’s a warranty shows how much they care and take pride in their work. They didn’t have to do that, they could have never checked for a warranty, charged me for the repair, and I would have paid and gone about my day assuming nothing.
I’m in the market for a chain saw and hedge trimmer. They’ve earned that future business and all my small engine needs in the future.”

“Rosehill Gardens did an absolute 5-star job transforming our backyard. They installed a stunning paver patio, a sunken gas fire pit, a water feature, and complete landscaping with bushes, shrubs, and large trees along the back, raised bed garden as well as landscaping, sod in the front and irrigation. They also worked seamlessly with our pool company Icon Pools, and coordinated the work scope very well in a very tight area.
A huge thank-you to our project manager, Tom, who was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was proactive, highly attentive, always answered our calls, and brought quick solutions whenever potential issues arose.
On-site, Sergio and his crew were phenomenal. Sergio’s attention to detail is second to none, and the craftsmanship across the entire build speaks for itself.

“Stellar customer service!! Last night I bought a gorgeous Christmas tree from here and after many attempts to get her (Susie Sunshine) straight, I realized she was a little crooked on the cut. When I called to see if I could bring her back to get recut, they offered to send help instead. Thankfully I only live 7 minutes away, so Joe was able to come by and get her straightened out. “I'm happy to have this store in my area. It's not the nearest store to my home, but this location has a tool rental area (at the NW corner of the store) which offers a wide selection of tools, and has come in handy several times. I've rented large, seldom used tools like a tiller (to remove rocks from my front yard) and a concrete etcher (so I could apply epoxy to my garage floor). The tools were available at reasonable rates and worked as expected, while the service was always knowledgeable and helpful. Sweet!”
“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

“Can I double this 5/5 score to 10/10? I had to come in today after losing power during a storm. My house temp was rising and I came to this location because online it showed some limited stock of a Ryobi fan I needed. I stopped an employee named Scott, who walked me to the place where I could find the fan, only to realize there was no stock left there. He walked me all over the store to find one the system said they had. He and and a few other employees brought it down from a pallet on the top rack, and didn't make it feel/sound like I was inconveniencing them. A small moment in their day made a HUGE difference in mine. My family and I are comfortably home with the fan. Gentry was also a very helpful staff member at checkout who answered my questions about the battery systems. All around great experience!”

It was nearly 4 pm on a Saturday when I called with hopes to get flowers delivered to my sister at St. Luke's South. They could have just said no, but when they learned that I lived two hours away, Emily's team made it happen!
