Soma workers are amazing! My girl measured me because the size I ordered online was too big. I had sent those back and wanted the same ones. They let me keep the sale prices I had when purchasing these bras online. I am now the owner of correct fitting bras! Thank you, Soma ladies!

I visited the store over the weekend. They were having a big sale and they were really busy, which is to be expected. I received very little help from anyone even when asking for it. Again they were busy, it was frustrating but I was patient. I ultimately decided that I would go home and shop online because it would be easier to find what I needed. I placed an order online part of it to be shipped and the other part for in store pick up because the website said it would be faster. I waited multiple days with no communication about my pick up order (the part being shipped had already been processed and shipped). I called the store and was told they were short handed so they were not fulling online pick up orders, only helping in store customers. Are you serious?! This should not be an option if you are not going to provide the service. I have never heard of a company doing that before.

This is a nice shop but there were quite a few customers and we were unable to get personal attention. The staff were friendly and helpful when time allowed but it was disappointing. I might try calling ahead for an appointment if I want better service next time.

Great customer service from Alex. I love that you can donate old Somo bras and receive a $5.00 credit. It's quite a trip from Leavenworth Kansas to the Leawood store, but worth it!

I was in a hurry and needed a great bra... not only did I get the BEST service from the gal working, but I found exactly what I needed with time to spare! I ended up with 6 bras for $29 each (reg price is $60)! I'll never buy bras anywhere else again!

Spouses not welcome!
My wife asked me back to the dressing room area so I could help her decide on two garments. The manager told me to go sit down like I was some kind of creep. We were both completely taken aback by this. One dress was going to be a sale, definitely. Too bad.
I understand the need for privacy, but there are better ways to go about this than making people feel like criminals. The dressing rooms are partitioned for a reason.
Not visiting this store again. Run by weirdos.

The initial person that greeted me was very nice and showed me to the area she thought would be best for my selection. After this interaction, I received no assistance. Needed a fitting and no one offered. There were others being helped. But the two girls not helping anyone didn’t seem interested in doing anything more than saying hello to people as they came in. This was disappointing as I know others who shop here and have good experiences.

Shopping for bras is not something most of us enjoy. Soma at Leawood had the most wonderful sales rep, Michaela. She was knowledgeable about fitting and her inventory, patient in finding the right fit, and kind as she navigated between serving several customers in the store. I recommend them highly.
