The family was in Lawrence for kids’ event and had a free morning. After reading a little of the history of Lecompton we went to the Constitution Hall. Great historical spot to stop! Eric provided a wonderful history lesson! Well worth the time to go. Free of charge but do have donation boxes.

We had a delightful experience. It was well worth the time and the drive. I wish we'd had a couple more hours to visit the museum in town as well.
