Outstanding customer service! We decided to leave our old bank which had no customer service. Aaron Clark set up our first account and after he explained I could add other accounts online, I decided to open up a secondary account from home. After running into several snags and not being able to correct them myself, I went back to Aaron and he put everything in order in 5 minutes. Thanks Aaron and CapFed!

I dealt with Aaron Clark at the 15525 w 87th street location, regarding an error I made in getting a CD renewed rather than the auto renewal (error discovered after the grace period). Aaron was very helpful, professional and compassionate while discussing the issue and options. He offered suggestions on future action. Aaron is the kind of employee one always wants to access and furthers the mission of Capital Federal.

One star is all I can award to Cap Fed, or for entertainment. It could be five stars. But I don't go to a bank for entertainment. This branch is the only time in my 63 years of life. I watched an 80-year-old man. Try to punch the teller because of the horrible derelict job they were doing. Look at marinate an 80-year-old man trying to swing on a teller. What happened at Cap Fed?
