One star is all I can award to Cap Fed, or for entertainment. It could be five stars. But I don't go to a bank for entertainment. This branch is the only time in my 63 years of life. I watched an 80-year-old man. Try to punch the teller because of the horrible derelict job they were doing. Look at marinate an 80-year-old man trying to swing on a teller. What happened at Cap Fed?

Aaron at CapFed on 87th in Lenexa helped me set up a checking account. He did an excellent job with everything. He explained everything very carefully and was very friendly. He is a great employee for Capital Federal.

I have used this bank for decades and never had a problem. Since I retired they have added an online banking app. I use this for my bill paying and transfers and greatly appreciate being able to handle my banking even when in a foreign country. Recently my purse, which contained two blank checks was stolen. The checks were forged for large amounts. My Lenexa Branch helped me process the proper forms and Capital Federal savings restored the money to my account. That was a BIG relief. Thank you Ms Stephens and Mr. Nation.

Today I needed to sign an important document & have it witnessed and notarized. Justin Craner works at Cap Fed in Lenexa, Kansas, and he was a great help.Justin sat down with 3 of us and went through a dozen pages with us very carefully, making sure we filled it in correctly, then notarized it. We have always gotten great service at Cap Fed.Thank you to both Cap Fed and thank you, Justin Craner!

Left work early to get there before the lobby closes in order to do some urgent bond transactions. Was told basically that I was giving them too much work to do and that it’s close to closing and they don’t want to have to deal with my transaction. Last straw with this bank and their lazy employees, time to find a new main bank to do business with. The man said “oh boy can you come back tomorrow, I don’t want to deal with this right now”.
