“Visited here recently and I don't think we had any complaints. The store was pretty well stocked and had quite a bit of Halloween/Fall decorations for sale. We ended up getting a few things that we didn't plan on which is always a good thing. Overall, the store seems pretty spacious inside as well. There was only one cashier working at the time we checked out so a line was starting to form but the cashier was very quick and friendly. Overall, not a bad Dollar Tree!”

“Amazing experience with Mrs Sheryl today at the Dollar tree. I called first and she was beyond helpful, kind and willing to check on availability of balloons for me for our Graduation ? party. Then when we arrived she greeted us with the best smile and went above and beyond to help us purchase 15 plus balloons(as well as several others great finds ?)...her and her teammate enthusiastically blew up all those balloons without an ounce of annoyance with the time is took to get them all done. The store was clean, organized and well stocked. We drove across town to shop there and will do so again because of the kindness and professionalism we experienced there today. Kindness is free and it was nice to see employees liking their jobs and extending such great service to their customers. Way to go Sheryl, Francis, George and the Dollar tree. Keep up the great work!”

“Nice clean store, with great employees. Only complaint would be that you never know if it will be open or closed. Went here on Sunday at 2:00 pm and it was closed. Had to go to another location at 45th and Metropolitan, and that was a bad experience. Employees with bad attitudes there.”

“Always get good customer service here and compared to many of the other dollar trees in the area this always have the most inventory. The manager Chris is very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. “I went to the location on 6638 Nieman in Shawnee. Loved it. OMG. It is nothing like the stores out South. It has a "Home" section and I fell in love with it. The store is so well organized. The employee was nice. They even have a 3 for $10 mix and match section like Bath and Body. WOW. I'm Impressed!!!”
“Get the DG app and get $5 off $25 every Saturday. Also have alot of coupons. My wife and I go here alot to pickup a few things and don't want to fight the large crowds at the larger stores.”

Toys location has been redone, it's much more organized and mostly cleaner. They do still have issues keeping the shelves stocked though.
This location has steadily gone downhill. It's really dirty and the shelves are pretty empty, but I still love the Dollar Tree for the right things.”

“This dollar general is absolutely amazing!! And I believe the person who helped me out was named cameron? Carmen? But they were absolutely amazing, So knowledgeable, And you could tell they knew that store like the back of their hand. Out where I live in johnson county, The dollar tree stores are a mess, and They may have some good deals here and there, but for the most part, It's almost so hectic, that It's not worth going. This place was the exact opposite of that!! It was so well organized, In the amount of stuff that had to pick from, Not just food wise, but everything you can think of From home goods to decoration to cleaning Even pillows, rugs In gardening stuff et cetera! Everything was so organized and well stocked! There is a reason that this place is number one across the board. GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!”
“I have never written a review of a store like this before. But my recent stop in this store was above and beyond. I have never encountered such friendly and helpful staff, from the gentleman who was stocking and greeted me as I came in to the younger gentleman who was working the register. Both offered assistance and the first man, who seemed to be a manager, directed me to a seasonal display I might be interested in. He joked with me while also working very hard. The young man was extremely professional and seemed to really enjoy his job. All employees appeared to have a great rapport and working relationship. There was also signage on the door with the GM’s contact info in case anything needed to be called to his attention. Apparently great improvements are being made to this store! I’m grateful and will now return more often!! Great job. Thank you!!”

“Not only is this dollar tree always clean and kept up, the manager Jessica is amazing! She has the best customer service! She will actually stop and help you if asked. Some ppl at dollar tree are kinda lazy (sorry! Only some though!), this employee is really a good and caring employee. She was sitting on the floor stocking, even as a manager. She was quick to get up and help with what I needed. Thank you so much! I was in a hurry and she was very efficient and fast!”

“They are only taking "cash only" again today. The credit/debit card machines are still inoperable. This location is very cramped. Items are stacked high and overflowing into aisle space. It has a grubby appearance.
The cashier who assisted me today was very personable and patient. I got up to the register only to realize I had left my debit card at home. Fortunate for me, the cashier assisted me in downloading Google Wallet to my phone. She went out of her to way to make sure I had a positive and successful checkout ecperience.”
