“I have never written a review of a store like this before. But my recent stop in this store was above and beyond. I have never encountered such friendly and helpful staff, from the gentleman who was stocking and greeted me as I came in to the younger gentleman who was working the register. Both offered assistance and the first man, who seemed to be a manager, directed me to a seasonal display I might be interested in. He joked with me while also working very hard. The young man was extremely professional and seemed to really enjoy his job. All employees appeared to have a great rapport and working relationship. There was also signage on the door with the GM’s contact info in case anything needed to be called to his attention. Apparently great improvements are being made to this store! I’m grateful and will now return more often!! Great job. Thank you!!”

“Organization has improved a lot at this location since I've been last. Had to go 2 days in a row and cashiers on both days were very cheerful and welcoming. They were very busy on both days, but wasnt in line longer than 3 minutes.”
“Best experience at a Dollar Tree in a long time! When one gets used to, sadly, waiting an unreasonable amount of time in line at Dollar Tree, experiencing a store with not only friendly employees who are obviously having fun (creating a positive experience for shoppers), but also a higher employee ratio to customers?! Now THAT is a surprising joy. More stores should take a hint from them. HIGHLY recommend this location!!!”

“I happen to really appreciate the employees and establishment above any other DT in the city, and being a former house cleaner, I’ve shopped many stores over the decades. This shop is the very best and the people are so kind. Jas is very helpful and a pro when my card was working once. The staff are warm, hard working and professional. I’m always greeted with a smile.
I am however disappointed in one recent hire who refused to bag some of my items because she felt that I bought too many of them and was extremely rude about it in August of 2024. Some Monster cans were on clearance an I purchased 20 of them along with other items. She told me she will not bag the cans as it would take too many bags (took 2 bags lol) only bagged the items that were not cans and made me carry the rest, then proceed to mutter to other customers on my way out..
She didn’t like her little counter being crowded with my purchases so she slapped the bagged items in my hands in a hurry and I never felt more tempted to tell an cashier off, but I wanted to get my stuff out of the way for the next shopper, who was shocked at what he saw… She’s the one with the pony tail, not the lovely GRACIOUS one with the short pixy cut. I have not been back since and don’t plan to.”
“I absolutely love this store. Every time I go the staff is amazing. The two ladies and gentlemen that are there during day have been the most helpful staff I’ve ever come across at a Dollar General. Thank you for taking the time to help me. I really appreciate you going above and beyond. ???I only have one complaint and I’m sure you know what that is. “I absolutely love this Dollar Tree! I have a fondness for the old school cinnamon hard candies. I’m a Midwifery Assistant and Birth Doula,so when my mom’s have upset tummies or everything tastes weird, I recommend those and ginger to help settle their stomach(a little bit anyway). I have traveled to 3-4 other Dollar Tree stores and they NEVER EVER have them! However I can ALWAYS count on this store to have them in stock. One time they were in boxes still, I explained my situation and the staff unboxed them right there so I could grab several.”
“While the store is a mess and the shelves are never filled, the employees, specifically the Manager- Beverly and the cashier- Laura are always working hard. They are friendly and willing to help at all times ! Great job ladies. Always a pleasure when I see you at the Dollar Tree !”

“We met Lewis for the first time tonight, and we were honestly blown away by how much he was juggling — and how well he handled it all.
He was cleaning, stocking shelves, helping customers at checkout, and somehow still noticed that our hands were full and brought us a basket without us even asking. That small act meant a lot. Somehow between managing the tasks should have taken a whole team- he stopped to help us find 2 things and even just chat for a quick second. You could just tell he genuinely cared about doing right by every customer in the store.
We were surprised to find he was also the cashier after everything else we watched him do. While he was checking us out we all witnessed someone stealing — and Lewis didn’t let that rattle him or affect how he treated anyone. You could see it wasn’t the first time he’d dealt with that, and it was clear he was doing his best with a tough situation. What I really took note of, was how it really bothered him that his store was being stolen from- and he was unable to do anything to help ?
His customer service was incredible. He stayed calm, kind, and helpful through it all. Lewis, if you see this — we appreciate you. You made a big impression on our little shopping trip. We really hope this finds because we see how hard your working and that didn't stop you from making sure your customers were taken care of.

“I have never been to this location before today. I swung by on my way home to grab some roasting pans and some birthday napkins. They had a variety of options to choose from with each item I was looking for. The shelves were well stocked and I even came home with some things I didn't know I needed. The nice gentleman who was working had a great sense of humor and was very polite. I would definitely recommend this location.”
“Nice clean store, with great employees. Only complaint would be that you never know if it will be open or closed. Went here on Sunday at 2:00 pm and it was closed. Had to go to another location at 45th and Metropolitan, and that was a bad experience. Employees with bad attitudes there.”

“My got to spot for reasonable priced necessities. The employees are great, Especially Lisa and Jess, I also miss Mo wherever she went. I've been frequenting this location for 20 years and yes it's had it's ups and downs but the current employees are great. They actually get stock put away before it sells. Good job ladies and shout out to the Brother at the register with the skull cap, idk his name but he is very professional no matter how you approach him. I definitely hope things stay the way they are RIGHT NOW

“Always get good customer service here and compared to many of the other dollar trees in the area this always have the most inventory. The manager Chris is very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous.
