“Edit - Changed my review based on response from the owner. However, I think a more customer supportive return policy is not unreasonable.
Love the store and the selection, and I will continue to shop here. Post your complete return policy on your website and include an in-store credit for returned open items that are apparently complete, and a receipt is presented, within a certain time frame. This is a win-win for the customer and the store, as the customer will spend their money again at the store and the store can resell the product again, albeit at a possible discount. Rather than the possibility of the customer leaving with a bad experience and never returning. Examples of limited refunds would be returning more than a week later (75% refund), returning with pieces removed from cards but in the box (50% refund), and no refunds for obvious damage or missing components, or no receipt.”

“Troy’s Toys is a store run by Troy. He has a good variety of 1/64 scale collectibles (which is my preferred scale). If lucky, one can certainly find some old gems as well. I’m an online customer from overseas who has purchased frequently over the last 18 months. I have usually pushed him a lot to expedite my deliveries and he has never disappointed. I will continue my purchases for the great support & variety on offer.”

“Hobby Lobby has a good selection of decor and crafting items. I found knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Knock off one star because the item I ended up getting did not actually work for my application but that might not be Hobby Lobby's fault.”
“Cool store with many modern ammenaties like a kiosk for card singles and significant discord use for building a thriving local community. Store was well stocked with many different items including trading cards and miniatures. Attached room with many large tables that was busy when I went.”

“This is my favorite kc quilting supply store????. They repair/service Pfaff machines (I have 2), and sell Pfaff accessories. They also have a good selection of gorgeous batiks, which are my favorite cottons. It doesn’t hurt that they’re located in a cluster of cute shops. ? I love shopping here. They’re the best in my book!”
“I took my daughter to have a special autographed poster framed. Xander and Bridget were a delight to work with in selecting a mat and frame. They were warm but also professional, gave great input, and genuinely connected with my teen, receiving no side-eye whatsoever. (If you’ve spent any time with teen girls, you know how rare this is.)

“This has become our local go to for sewing. So glad to have a convenient place for notions. While the store has limited fabric selection. The online has much more and arrives quickly (within a few days).”
“My experience is that this is a "quiet" store, and usually easy to get into and out of without a lot of hassle.
There is plenty of parking, but as typical with an underused parking lot, it's not in the greatest shape.
All that said, I prefer the store for the speed and product selection. And it's on my daily route.?”
“I have never had cards graded by PSA before and dropped off 5 to have Scott submit. The young guy that helped me was extremely helpful, explaining the process , and evaluating each card to see if worthy of submission, which one wasn’t. Thanks for great service.”
“Lots of antique and not so antique dolls, doll clothes, paper dolls. I dropped off two Toni dolls for repairs, so I can't evaluate the doll repair services until I get them back. Only critique is that it's a small space and crowded in there. Maybe 5-10 people could shop in there at a time and would probably still be in each other's way at that.”

“The staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to find even the smallest item, the problem I have is that sometimes the unique items I am looking for are not in stock and I think the canvas is a little pricey, but I will continue patronage, varieties of fun items is vast!”
