“I always enjoy visiting this Michaels and have not had a bad experience ever! I went here recently for an in-store pick up and I didn't see a sign to do it without employee assistance as it was tucked away to the right of the entrance. Either I was completely oblivious to it or there was no signage. However, they have the online pickup also near the registers but that isn't self-help. Kind of confusing for someone that might be in a rush but thankfully the store was slow and the employee assisted me. She was super friendly and did great. I will definitely be back to this location again!”

“Troy’s Toys is a store run by Troy. He has a good variety of 1/64 scale collectibles (which is my preferred scale). If lucky, one can certainly find some old gems as well. I’m an online customer from overseas who has purchased frequently over the last 18 months. I have usually pushed him a lot to expedite my deliveries and he has never disappointed. I will continue my purchases for the great support & variety on offer.”

“These folks are terrific! This is a small family owned business but, they have anything you need for your flag pole or other flag and patriotic needs. They have been in business for decades. This is a hidden gem.in Shawnee, KS. If it relates to flags and they don't have it, they can probably get it.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Michaels thanks to Taylor!!! She truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I was looking for a specific item, and instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, she took the time to search the store and help me find exactly what I needed. Taylor was so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. She even helped me transport the item out to my car, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this thoughtful and genuine. Taylor made my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable, and she is definitely an asset to the Michaels team. Thank you, Taylor, for being amazing!”

“Hobby Lobby has a good selection of decor and crafting items. I found knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Knock off one star because the item I ended up getting did not actually work for my application but that might not be Hobby Lobby's fault.”

“Shane was our cashier today and he was so kind and detailed making the balloon bouquet for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I had a previous not so great experience at Michael’s and haven’t been there in awhile but Shane made that go away. So kind and helpful!! Thank you Shane!”

“Even though they did not have everything I was looking for, the employees are always friendly at this Michael's. I truly appreciate this. 8/26 I still like Michaels, just wish they weren't trying to be a miniature version of Joann's. I think it was better being Michaels.”

“I love this store! Unlike many other craft and hobby stores in the area, this one is well organized, well stocked, and clean! To add to that, the employees are awesome. The sales cannot be beat. I went in today, 5 days before Christmas and all Christmas items were already 60% off! They offer bonuses to teachers in addition to their usual coupons and ads, and coupons are stackable! This Michael's location is my absolute favorite for many reasons, but it truly is the cream of the crop compared to nearby competitors.”

“Walking into this store flashes me back to my childhood and is a vintage experience in that sense, this is a card shop that has been around for awhile and it feels that way in a good way! There is a large selection of singles and a value bin area. If you are into selling, trading, or negotiating, there are better stores for this, I gotten better offers on my cards and negotiated better deals other places. They have a large selection of wax and the box prices are fair! Definitely keep this shop in your rotation!”

“Full disclosure I'm not a frequent shopper at craft stores and I tend to visit when I have something very specific in mind that I need to pick up. On this occasion, I was on the hunt for some fake foliage for centerpieces at an upcoming party. When I walked in, it was as if nothing had changed in the five years or so since I'd last visited. It had that same craft store smell, the same layout, and much to my delight the same outrageous sales happening all over the store. I was able to snag a ton of fall themed foliage at quite the steal of a price, which was a welcome surprise. I never like how they try to sell you on a credit card a checkout but that's somewhat par for the course at big box stores these days. At any rate, I was in and out pretty fast and would return next time I need something like this in the future.”
