Fanatics service and knowledge of their product. Started from scratch for a kilt for my wedding and custom things. Very happy. All their stuff comes from a mill in Scotland. Quality service. Quality staff. Jonathan help me out. ! Excited for the wedding. Glad they are here in kc !

I've never been to the physical location, but I ordered bagpipes from J Higgins' website and they were fantastic to work with. My order shipped in a timely manner and everything arrived as expected. Excellent pricing on bagpipes and supplies. Thank you!
