“Excellent store! Jason is great to work with. He manages the place and was very helpful in guiding me to good deals and appropriate sizes. There was a server problem going on with DXL that day and there was a sign at the entrance giving warning. Despite that, Jason still made sure to let me know what was going on as I entered. I prefer Henleys and they and some good ones, as well as 2 pairs of jean shorts that looked and fit great! And that's saying something for a guy my size: 6'6 and over 400 lbs. Fortunately, the technical issues were resolved before I checked out. But Jason said if they weren't, he had secured authorization to take credit card info from Reward members, which I was, so I had no concerns. I walked away satisfied having spent less than expected.”
“I ordered three kilts and various accessories for my wedding. I had a great experience. I placed my order in January if I remember correctly, for a June wedding, and I received the kilts today in March. I think that's a pretty quick turnaround for fully custom garments using imported fabric. They were also very communicative during the process of sending measurements back and forth and they made sure we were getting kilts that would fit right. I highly recommend J Higgins and if I need another kilt someday I will be ordering from them again.”

It’s hard to buy steel toes in women’s sizes but they had no shortage or selection. Customer service was above and beyond!”
