Napa has great service. We called ahead and had gentleman hold a part. Upon arriving we were treated walking in the door the young woman at the counter was very professional and had great customer service skills. She processed our transaction quickly and accurately. 1 of the better parts stores I've been to. I'm a automotive service technician, so that matters to me. Very helpful staff. Friendly. Knowledgeable, and kind. I wish they were in my part of town!
