“I would give 10 stars if I could. Great people that take pride in what they do and treat their customers like family(the kind you actually like, not the kind you avoid). I plan on taking all of my vehicles here for cosmetic repairs from here on out.”

“I would give 20 stars if I could. I was going back home to Texas from a trip to Washington with a friend, and was left stranded about 40 miles from this location because I overestimated the mileage I could get out of my tire. The next morning my buddy rolled up to the store right after opening with my rear wheel strapped to his bike, and as soon as he walked in the door they jumped on it and got my new tire swapped and balanced. Thank you so much to Avery and his crew for helping me out, I truly do appreciate it.”

Rob, the owner, was extremely helpful and a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge. I highly recommend KC Auto Car Care for ALL your car detailing questions and needs! GO SEE THEM!”

“I have not purchased yet. But, I messaged these guys just Saturday. They were unfortunately closed but, got back to me Monday. The person messaging me was very polite and helpful. Their responses were quick and answered the questions I had. I'm looking for a pretty scarce part and they were able to find it for me cheaper than what I was able to find and also sooner than I'm able to get it. Thank you! Great job!”

“Called, sat on hold fifteen minutes, confirmed they had the part I needed on the shelf. Went to the store bought the part. I could've driven to the store and home in the time they had me on hold, but the counter guy said they're short staffed. No biggie.”

“We flew there from the east coast because they had a perfect Jeep Rubicon we'd been looking for. The car was so much better than described. The entire experience with Jeff Peine, our salesman and David Ellis, the general manager and Adam Ellis, the finance manager was old school in a courteous, honest and pleasant way. So many dealerships could learn from this place. We'd looked at other cars elsewhere and were turned off by the really unpleasant sales methods these other folks were using. The varied inventory at New Century was unusual and special. They really love and know cars and are enthusiastic to help you what you need and want.”

“Purchased an array of parts for a 1994 Chevrolet K1500 from interior cab switches, trim pieces and door hinge replacements. Parts selection/purchase was easy, everything arrived as promised and fitment was on par with the original pieces being replaced. Will continue to look to LMC for reliable parts.”
