About North American Van Lines
North American Van Lines provides long-distance and interstate moving services. Reviews describe a mix of experiences. Several customers report fantastic, stress-free, and exceptional moves with very professional, courteous, pleasant, and efficient staff. They note moves where everything was moved without a scratch, nothing was damaged, and all went as planned with punctual pickup and delivery.
Other reviews note problems, including boxes being handled roughly, collapsing wardrobe boxes, and missing items like a baker's rack and some hardware. While movers were described as very nice and punctual, their professionalism was sometimes questioned. The company provides estimates and generally has prompt follow-up. The price is typically as quoted, leading to an overall satisfactory experience for many.
