Scott has always gone above and beyond to take care of me. He’s professional, responsive, helpful, and genuinely makes you feel like a valued customer. Every time I’ve needed something, he’s been willing to help and make sure everything is taken care of.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to Shelby, the assistant manager. She has been amazing as well and is always friendly, helpful, and great to work with.

“Update 1/26: Recently I was no longer in need of storage space so I moved out of my unit at this facility. Angel, the new manager, personally assisted me and and made sure my exit went smoothly. He answered all my questions, provided excellent service, and demonstrated that he truly cared.
I have had a great experience with this company for the 16 months I have rented a unit. The facility is modern, high-tech, secure, convenient, and clean. What more could you ask for? The people running this are doing a great job.
If you want to change to a different size unit, be sure to go through customer service so that you will be given credit for the rest of the current month that you already paid. I did this wrong by trying to do it myself online. Luckily the district manager Chris reached out to me and remedied the situation so that I did not feel cheated.”

“Was able to schedule a quick moving date. Arrived each day at scheduled time. They loaded and unloaded us in two days in a move from Wichita to Kansas City. Workers were friendly and courteous. Appreciated the wrapping, and care of couches and breakable items. Wish they could have hooked the washer, dryer, and Sleeper Number Bed back up for us. Actual cost of the move was $1,000 less than the estimate given on the walk-through initial home visit. All in all, yes, I would use this company again.”
“I rent U-Haul trucks throughout the kc metro all the time. I have for the last six years. This place is the best location for sure. They are fast, friendly and don’t overcharge ever! I dropped my truck off yesterday a little under the gas it was supposed to be at. They charged me the exact amount the contract says. Then they even credited the fuel back to my account and didn’t charge me! I also rented a truck from the power and light location in downtown. I stopped to get fuel once before I dropped the truck off. I was missing no fuel but they claimed I was missing a quarter of a quarter tank. This is the same amount I was actually missing in Lenexa. They literally charged me $49.50!”
