Kennedy was wonderful! We couldn't have had a better coordinate. Ryan & his crew we terrific getting everything out of our old apartment. Dave & his crew were great unloading at the new apartment almost 1,1000 miles away!

Seemed to know what they were doing at the load out but when they arrived at the destination things were missing, broken, repacked, stuffed into cabinets & drawers of other furniture. Also boxes were piled into the garage that were very clearly marked bedroom, kitchen & bath. They were in a very big hurry to get out of here. I also have other peoples furniture. It has made the unpacking impossible. So disappointing!

Horrible! Packing crew showed up 2.5 hrs late in a rented Uhaul truck with insufficient boxes. At 5pm after raising the issue to the GM he dispatched 2 additional packers w/boxes, didn’t finish until midnight…. And many items were not packed that should have been, the driver and loading crew had to the next day. Horrible experience!!!!! The loading, driver, unloading crew were great. Avoid this mover at all cost!

I was told that upon delivery everything would be put in the appropriate rooms. Boxes were upside down. Wardrobe boxes were collapsing and collapsed and then heavy boxes were put on top. There was no way to move them off. The people were very nice but the one was not very professional with the other man. I was very embarrassed for him. I’m missing my baker’s rack. It was behind my bedroom closet door.. haven’t gotten to the very back of the boxes, maybe it’s there? They were very punctual and except for the elevator breaking down for a short period it went pretty fast..Thank you for your service.

This local company was the only one to come out to the house to provide an estimate. Follow up was great and response times were prompt. When the movers arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with the care they took in our house. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend The Beltmann Group!

The office staff was a 5 star, the driver was manipulating my husband costing us another 2k more and tried to charge him another 1,200 bucks on the delivery end. We have a broken antique table and grandfather clock, one china piece and 2 Lenox plates. We’re still not through unpacking so I don’t know all the damage. The driver also complained about the company.

We have made many interstate moves and this was by far the best experience. Staff was all very capable but the driver Guillermo was the key to making it an exceptional experience. Pleasant, patient, efficient and accommodating. A true credit to this company.

I have been moved around the world by more than 10 moving companies. This was by far the worst experience ever. The packers partially packed my goods, the truck driver refused to load goods not packed by the packers, the sales office charged me for items not shipped. It was an upsetting and disappointing move. Never again with North American Van Lines.

Every thing was moved without a scratch and picked up and delivered on time. We were just missing some hardware—shelf pegs and the brace for our king adjustable bed. The price was as quoted. All in all very satisfactory.
