I've been taking my boys here for a few years and have always had an amazing experience. The owner and staff are always friendly and excited to see our dogs - which makes us feel so great.
Our dogs are always comfortable coming here and we always love the way they look after their grooming/cleaning.
BIG PLUS.....on our last visit the grooming tech noticed one of our dogs had a strong smell in his urine and suggested we notify our vet. We found out today that he has a severe UTI that we likely wouldn't have noticed for several days.
This among so many other things, is why we choose to spend our $$ at Paw Envy and will continue to do so!”

A bit on the pricey side but then again, everyone is on the "jack-up the prices for larger profits and call it inflation bandwagon", but it's still a great little store. “I have been using their collars since 2005!! Love the collars so much.♥️ Some do not like to get so close to bully breeds. Luckily, only once did someone call. Annie jumped out of the vehicle at Costco. We got the call immediately and got our baby from the person who called. Those tiny tiny tiny tags are unreadable because of the size. If you know anything about dogs, last thing you do is put your face near a dog you do not know!”
“I adore this pet store. We purchased a bearded dragon for my daughter and had such a wonderful experience. Goldie is an absolute gem. I stopped in a few weeks before we bought the beardie and she was so knowledgeable. She was able to tell me about each lizard, how they have been doing under her care and truly seemed to care about her animals. I knew immediately this is where we would purchase our new pet.
I didn’t catch the name is the store manager that helped us today when we bought him but, she was just as wonderful. Every staff me ever I’ve encountered has been helpful and friendly. I will go here for all of our pet care needs, despite having a large chain pet store 2 minutes from my house.

I would have given 5 stars if that was in the box with my stuff. That was the reason I chose to order from this company because it was the only one that offered the pump dispenser with the product! “I’m really pleased with our Gou Gou Pets products! They gifted me some allergy shampoo and first-aid ointment for my dog who was struggling with environmental allergies. Her ear tips would dry out, chap, and break open. Using this ointment once a day has helped them stay moisturized and we didn’t have one incident of them opening this spring. My dog who got skin scabs last year due to allergies did not get any this year when I kept up on baths with the allergy shampoo! I am super impressed by how well these worked!”

“Finally!!!I used to drive my dog two hours away for a great haircut. When that got old, I searched KC for a groomer who could provide the same service. After YEARS of haircuts that were inconsistent, choppy, and awkward looking, I was referred to Bobbi’s.Not only is this one of the best grooms my big Golden retriever has ever had, it was affordable, timely, and they provided great service. “This is absolutely the best Pet Store in the Midwest! Highly suggest going whether or not you enjoy pets. This store mainly focuses on fish which is great. They keep both fresh and saltwater (don't get your hopes up about the coral) and they also have some of the most exotic fish available: redtail catfish, grouper, arowana, halfbeak, flowerhorn, and exotic guppies. I would like to also point out that their employees are wonderful. Great service and hospitality! (especially Alex) This store has helped me to achieve my goal of having many beautiful tanks!”
“*update 12/24... I saw a negative review on here saying things like the puppies are from puppy mills & are being sold as purebred puppies which is untrue & unfair. All you have to do is talk to the employees to find out more info. 99.9% of people know doodle or pomapoo is a mix bred puppy. L. O. P. isn't trying to deceive anyone. They offer very cute, healthy, mostly non shedding types of puppies for the locals. It isn't like you can go to a shelter now days & find basically anything except pitbulls so it's good there's a store offering little dogs that have sweet temperaments & again, don't shed.It's a higher end, upscale pet supply store more than anything. The variety of bedding, treats & clothes they offer is wonderful & fun to take a look at!Although a bit pricey, a wonderful pet & supply store with unique finds for dogs & kittehs. Adorable collars & treats. Also insanely adorable puppies! Fun to stop in & snuggle.”
