I have successfully started a freshwater aquarium with their information, and their products including all of my fish. And they are completely healthy and have no issues.”
“We have used four paws spa for several years now. We used the self service bath option for a while and recently switched to the bathing service. One of my dogs is very nervous with baths and blow drying and Tammy takes such good care of her. She pays attention to her behavior and communication and I have no worries when she’s in her hands! They only kennel if absolutely necessary which I greatly appreciate. Their pricing is so affordable, too! We recut started doing the deshed treatment for my short haired Shepard mix. And I was blown away with how well it worked. And now I’ll never go back haha. It lasted for almost 3 months! You can just tell the group cares about your dogs as much as you do and it gives you such peace of mind as a dog owner. Highly HIGHLY recommend giving it a shot here if you haven’t!”

“I had to make a trip to the store because I couldn’t place an online order. My password needed to be reset but Petco failed to send me a reset Email, after numerous tries. I chatted with a rep & was told IT would reach out to me but still no help.

“We walked in the store 30 mins before they closed. Not only we didnt get any nasty looks whatsoever from the employees for coming after a long and busy day at work but also my kids had a gigant inflatable alien with them and had the cutest and most fun chitchat with the young men at the register, who actually initiated the conversation with the kids, his name is Joseph. He was kind and fun and made my kids day in only a few seconds. We walked out of the store 10 mins before close and with a smile on our face. Thank you for your kindness Joseph.”
“Friendly staff and efficient, once you make it thru check-in. They didn't seen to care whether you had a scheduled appointment or not, it seems to run as first-come, first-served, regardless. It is a bit frustrating when you've taken time to register and sign-in beforehand and there is a line of walk-ups who push your 5 minute appointment to be 20 - 30 minutes late.
Also, the day I went there was no signage directing you towards the clinic, you just have to wander thru the store until you find them setup behind the fish tank area near the reptiles.”
