Pet Supplies Plus Lenexa is a favorite locally owned pet store with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. It offers a great selection of everything needed for pets, including tons of products, variety, and top shelf food and treats. The store features a self-serve dog wash with provided shampoo, towels, and dryers. Services include delivery, a free loyalty program with great sales, and local adoption events with live animals in store. Health clinics are also offered on weekends.
I'm not sure who in the store does this, but every online order I have comes with a little note. This specific one included a duck and some twinkling stars drawn on it, and it's a really nice touch on an otherwise generic order. Really made my day.

Much easier to park, get in, and then get out than other pet supply stores. Prices seem competitive too.
