Shelves were well stocked. Products were date rotated however, the shelves were dusty.
Concrete and parking lot need cleaning.

“I’ve been the recipient of home infusions through PromptCare for many years, and it’s the BEST decision I’ve ever made! I was hesitant at first, having switched from an outpatient hospital setting, but I have loved getting to know the nurses and staff. Medication delivery is quick and efficient. Scheduling is a breeze too! A major added bonus is that I absolutely ADORE my nurse, Tisha. She gets to know you on a personal level, and is so personable and professional. If they deliver meds that need to be kept cold, they are packed in a way that they can sit on your porch in 100 degrees for three days and still be cold. “I’ve had trouble getting a hold of one of my prescriptions, which is in short supply. Although I live close to the Midtown Costco, their pharmacy techs have been unhelpful in ordering my medication. The Lenexa Costco techs, however, have gone the extra mile to check with their suppliers to confirm inventory so that I didn’t waste everyone’s time transferring my script to another pharmacy. When you’re used to having to spend 45 minutes calling every pharmacy in the metro to find what you need, finding staff who are willing to do more than the minimum required is an overwhelming relief. Thank you for your compassionate service amidst this exhausting medication shortage. ??”
“The people are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the inconsistent hours. open at 10 on Sunday, 8 on weekdays, 9 on Saturday with similar inconsistent closing times. Closing at 5pm on Saturday is ridiculous. Hy-Vee in general is one of my favorite businesses but the pharmacy hours seem small town.”
“I was obviously very sick to have to go through this pharmacy for IV antibiotics that I was taking over 8 hours. I never had a problem with getting my medication on time. The pharmacy staff was always pleasant. Hopefully I never get that sick again. But if I do and I require the antibiotics like I did before I would definitely want to go back through them.”

“Jami is amazing with administering vaccinations. I didn't feel a thing! Would gladly come back for her next time I need my yearly shots. I have immense anxiety with needles and she made it a non-issue.Sam's Club definitely needs a sign up page for non-members, though.”
“I've sure bought a lot of batteries here lately! Just one of those things owning three vehicles and two big mowers. Service is quick and the price is right. They have great turnover, so I get the freshest battery possible.”

“The bathroom here has been "out of order" for weeks on end. Not sure what the issue is. On a positive note, this was the only passport photo place we found that used a white screen backround which was required for a Visa application to a South American country. The backgrounds at the CVS and UPS store were not white enough--we learned the hard way after submitting the Visa application.”

The store was clean and organized making it easy to find the products that I needed. At time of checkout I had questions and was helped by Jennifer who was knowledgeable and kind. I will certainly go back to this CVS soon. It was a delightful experience.”
