“Stellar! The staff here is just AMAZING! We have been coming to this pharmacy since it opened. There have been times where my husbands prescriptions had to go to other Wal-Mart's in our area and let's just say, we absolutely hate that. Not because we don't want to travel but because the other pharmacies staff (phone etiquette and face to face encounters) seem to be less educated and uninterested in their job duties. Everyone here is so caring, genuine, helpful, non judgemental, remember patients (illness, my husband is in cancer remission) and ALWAYS ask how we are ALL doing. There is nothing more heartwarming, than to leave an appt and encounter these folks. This is what every health care team should be like. Simply the best!”

“I've been using Genoa as my pharmacy for 11 months and they've always gone the extra mile to ensure I have my medication. I used to visit the pharmacy in person until they offered ship my scripts to my house. this is perfect for me as I live 40 minutes away and have a typical 9-5 work schedule. the staff are kind and competent, and the facility is very nice. I can't remember a time I had to wait in line. I've always had bad experiences at other pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart. whether they lost my prescriptions, refused to stay in contact with either myself or my physician, or simply had long wait times every time I visited, they don't hold a candle to Genoa. it is located inside Johnson County Mental Health Center.”

“It's rare but the few times I've needed to go inside the store the staff has always been fairly nice and helpful if asked. I go here for most of my prescriptions, they have a great text and email set up to remind when to refill & when medications are ready to pick up. There have only been a couple times they were out of a specific medication I take, if they were out they were able to check & confirm another store we could take it or we could wait for them to order more (which is always a really quick turn around.) One of the times they were out a technician actually told me that I could call them a day or two before I would be bringing it in & letting them know what medication so if they wouldn't have enough they could place the order ahead of time to ensure that they had enough on hand when I came to drop off my prescription. It's close, they have mostly great staff members, and hands down have been the best pharmacy around me!”

“I have been shopping here for years. This location has gone through numerous updates and a very recent remodel. The store has large, bright exterior signage. Once you walk inside, you instantly see an updated and somewhat trendy looking décor. All the departments have newer signage and the interior walls that have been updated and it looks very clean. They have a custodian/janitor than keeps the stores swept nicely. The register area now contains a self-checkout area, and this is the only place I had a complain. If you keep something near the bagging area (even as light as a reusable bag) the machine will give you an error. You can only continue after an employee assists you. Overall, I have great shopping experiences here and enjoy shopping here.”

“I come to this CVS often. I waited 10 mins for my prescription. This isn’t bad, considering I picked it up at 7pm, just before the line picked up. The pharmacy tech who helped me pay for my prescriptions was nice. I never have a bad experience at this location!”

“I haven't had any problems with this location, really. I came here after my CVS closed over here bc the CVS on Nieman sucks hardcore. All shots: flu and COVID-19 have been pleasant and courteous. Sometimes they do seem a bit dilatory but I enjoy it far more than Nieman CVS.”
