“I have been to plenty of bad pharmacies but this place isn't the case. Their staff remembers your name and greets you as you walk up. They always remember my little has type one so they ask before giving treats. They are prompt to fill a script when I call, prices are good, they are efficient with time management and you never stand in line long. Ethan and Connor are always a great help and the actual pharmacists are knowledgeable friendly, and willing to help in any way. As many meds as I pick up a month they make it a little less burdensome. Keep it up!”

“I've been using Genoa as my pharmacy for 11 months and they've always gone the extra mile to ensure I have my medication. I used to visit the pharmacy in person until they offered ship my scripts to my house. this is perfect for me as I live 40 minutes away and have a typical 9-5 work schedule. the staff are kind and competent, and the facility is very nice. I can't remember a time I had to wait in line.
I've always had bad experiences at other pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart. whether they lost my prescriptions, refused to stay in contact with either myself or my physician, or simply had long wait times every time I visited, they don't hold a candle to Genoa.

I was there for over two hours printing out pictures, and she was back-and-forth from stocking inventory, helping me with my photos, and checking out customers. And every time someone came in or walked out she greeted them with the hello welcome to Walgreens or have a great day. I have seen her go above and beyond to make sure all the customers are taken care of.

She kept me informed every step of the way and worked tirelessly to ensure that the signs were ready on time.
Cheryl's dedication to providing exceptional customer service was truly remarkable. She and her teammate Brandon even stayed late after closing hours to make sure the signs were printed and ready for me. Their willingness to go above and beyond to help me out in my time of need was truly appreciated.
