“Lisa was amazing on getting my new unit set up on short notice before the holidays. She helped get the app set up and working to make sure I did not have issues while office was going to be closed. Gave me a tour of the property and making sure I was happy with the unit before finalizing the process. Newer facility with great option of Drive In loading area.”

“All the doors were replaced on the units and a new lock was installed on my unit when I was out of town. I was driving back in town in a severe thunderstorm and tornados. I needed to get the storage office before they closed to get my new keys. Ty (the property manager) was authorized to leave early because of the weather. Ty waited the storm out in the office to wait for me to arrive to make sure I got my new keys. I appreciate him being very professional and considered the needs of his tenants over his safety from the storms. Thank you! I will recommend Extra storage space.”
