The Lenexa Costco techs, however, have gone the extra mile to check with their suppliers to confirm inventory so that I didn’t waste everyone’s time transferring my script to another pharmacy. When you’re used to having to spend 45 minutes calling every pharmacy in the metro to find what you need, finding staff who are willing to do more than the minimum required is an overwhelming relief.
