i agree with all these negative comments! my nephews were not running and the older lady yelled at them saying DONT RUN IN HERE!

The customer service quality is very very very poor.

This store use to be great- now it's NEVER open during the posted hours. No one answers the phone and corporate didn't seem to care. Disappointing to say the least.
