“Been going to this location for shoes lately because the staff is kind and the customer service is phenomenal. I recently needed to return shoes that I had no receipt for, and had bought many months ago. They could have said they couldn’t make the return but instead they searched for my purchase with my phone number (perks of signing up for the rewards program). I don’t remember the attendants name but I’ve had a good experience with all of the staff.”

“Tyler went above and beyond for me this morning. We are having a hard time locating a specific size of shoe. Due to the fact I have to drive over I called and asked if he would go look to see if they had the size and he did!! This is a customer service must and he did it without hesitation!!
