The best store in Lindsborg. The only really Swedish thing that made Lindsborg feel worth the stop. Fun to see the shop where things are made right there. Pricey, but not something you see every day!
Hemslojd is one of North America's premier Scandinavian Gift Shop. Founded in 1984 and located in beautiful downtown Lindsborg, Kansas, Hemslojd provides traditional and modern gifts to customers across the United States and beyond. Previously been awarded the designation of being the largest retailer of Dala Horses in the world outside of Sweden by one of it's major Dala Horse suppliers in Sweden, Hemslojd is probably most known for its imported Dala Horses and handcrafted Dala Horse signs. In addition to Dala Horses, there are many other imported items, as well as Hemslojd's own original works, made by woodworkers and artists similar to what you may see in shops in Sweden.
