There are a lot of options for automotive parts and services near Spring Hill (Olathe, Gardner, Paola), but customer service like this will keep me shopping THIS store and THIS location.”

“Frustrating day of trying to replace a 5 year old car battery that was on its last cranking. Bought a new battery from a competitor that wasn't working, went to the Louisburg store for a replacement and the gentlemen were very honest, helping me to choose another one. While they didn't change the battery out, when i returned the old one they tested the electrical system at no charge. Sorry I didn't get their names, but thank you from the bottom of this cranky persons heart, you made a bad day a bit better.”
