“I have quit buying parts online. O'Reilly's is the only place I will go. They earned my loyalty because I bought a starter and had to come back later that day because it had to shipped from the warehouse (66 Dart) and I dropped off the core. I hadn't realized I was accidently charged for the core and the following day I received a call from O"Reilly's explaining to me that I was accidently charged for the core even though I returned it. They refunded my money over the phone. No one does that anymore. That is above and beyond customer service. I've had to return parts in the past and there is never an issue. I could go on and on but this is the best auto parts store around with the absolute best staff!!!”
