“Just went on a tour. :) (I'll update again when I've moved in and spent a few months.) The place looks really nice and the people I met were all lovely. There was a bit of a wait, but there's only so much the staff can do to take care of the current and prospective residents simultaneously. And whenever it was finally our turn, the tour was very informational and pleasant. :) I even got the chance to talk about apartment openings not yet listed to get exactly what I want! <3 All in all, super happy I made an appointment! Looking forward to moving in. :)”

“What a wonderful, clean and decorated beautifully place to live. The STAFF here is wonderful and so accommodating, emergency repairs are done quickly, no matter how large or small. I love that they include residents input in all activities. Just a wonderful place to live. Great neighbors included.”

“Honestly, I'd prefer to stay at one of these hotels over a Marriott, Hilton or absolutely any other major hotel brand. The apartment was set up beautifully and it was extremely comfortable and quiet. Loved staying here, will recommend to everyone. I will be back!”

“We turned in application with all required docs and we were approved in just over one hour. Apartments we walked through all looked nice and were well maintained. Fawn was friendly, considerate, and professional. Can not rate living at Brookfield, since we have not moved in yet.”

“do not move into this building.! the property management company is Orion out of overland Park. releasing manager is a lying thieving crooked individual. on felony probation allows his friends and drug dealers to stay in the apartments rent-free while they steal from the other tents and make the reputation of this building worse than what it was before the supposed remodel. the property management group Orion recently took over and raised rent from $ 525 to $650 with no remodels being done. evicted me and refuses to let me get my items from the basement from when I worked here. I tried to call for a full month to talk to them about problems with never one return phone call. their professionalism is awful they have a regional manager from Oklahoma that has low cut shirts that are two sizes too small with tattoos hanging out of her breasts area she looks like a reject from a prison girls gone wild video. the last owner used the building for a huge tax fraud from the bank I'm pretty sure that they're doing the same thing just had to switch management companies. this building is full of bed bugs cockroaches and mice. not to mention thugs drug dealers and thieves. which is sad because there are a lot of good people that have to deal with all of these problems while paying an extremely high amount of rent. they say that it's a secure building which is totally false they have the front door that is key activated yet they have the back door wide open. when I complained about it they put a padlock on the back door so now there's no fire exit. these people are ridiculous something needs to be done the building is falling apart from the top of the roof all the way down to the bottom the brick on the outside wall is expanded 6 in from the building. they have no permits for doing the construction work that they're doing on the building no electrician. they are basically there to take your money and not give two thoughts of what is needed from the building. the owner is unreachable as well as the owner of Orion property Management I've left over 14 messages and never a call back.”

“I’m not usually a complainer, so this is hard for me but I’ll try to keep it short & sweet. Maintenance is truly so helpful. It’s a beautiful apartment building. I lived here for 18 months and loved my space. The amenities are good but could be better and maintained. The patio has broken furniture and no where to put trash. It sucks walking on rocks everyday with your dogs. The shuffleboard has never really had salt on it and the workout room doesn’t have anything to clean the equipment off after you use it & the culligan tank has never been full in the workout room since I’ve lived here. But that’s all little things…I’ve had a lot of issues with previous management at this building but it’s been better since we’ve had new. Lots of car break ins with little help of getting camera footage. No parking during the week… doesn’t feel safe leaving the gate at night but we have nowhere to throw dog waste away except the trash enclosure and have to go out there anyway.I actually wish management sent out a survey every 6 months or so so we could bring some of these things up. There are other things but I’ll stop there. Wishing them the best and hope it gets better!”

“My oven quit working. First I was brought a used one. I told them it was doing the same thing that the first one did right before it quit working. I was told that model just does that. Ok???? Sure enough as I was baking some it just quit working. When I called about that happening two days later I was brought a new oven. Thank you very much!”

“Very please with the property, they have beautiful spacious apartments with balconies that face the lake they also have complimentary paddle boats for residents to go out on the lake! If you are 18+ with no kids or a elderly person looking for an apartment, I would definitely try living here. I was taken on a tour of the apartment, and I would live here, but I had to find something closer to my job. Definitely another time if they have availability would I come live here.”

“Aspen park is what you decide is a healthy living environment. The community is very diverse. There’s women who have been there years and others that have been there a year. I had a very positive experience living there it’s next door to a Catholic high school, so Friday night football get loud and fun! It is close to Many restaurants. I lived close to the pool and loved the location. The pool doesn’t get out of hand in visitors. Everyone respects surroundings and they keep it clean. The laundry room is great, but on occasion it does get messy. I love the club house to rest, get on computer, and get a complimentary coffee. It’s very quiet and there’s a respect for boundaries. I am going to miss the staff. They have been very supportive and genuinely kind in anything I need. Erin, the head manager, is the heart of Aspen. Her kind spirit assures you you’re in a good place. The maintenance men, Chad, help you in a timely manner. Great customer service. I enjoyed my apartment very much so, but some neighbors can affect your surroundings. You can smell everything and hear everything. Vice Versa! Aspen is in a great location to live and was my best apartment experience.”

“We recently moved all the way from Houston. After looking for a place for over a month we decided on Barclay Square partially because it was my wife’s first choice, secondly because it is in the exact area where we want.First let me say it’s beautiful around here. Being around Riverside and all the trees nature is amazing.Secondly, the neighbors are wonderful. Since we first stepped into our complex we were greeted with “Hello! Welcome!” “Hey new neighbors!” And even helped up with some things that we were struggling with.Lastly, the management have all been overwhelmingly amazing. Since we first spoke on the phone and via email then a quick visit with Erica, to our lease signing with Autumn and the other extremely nice lady that was helping (I cannot remember her name but she was so nice I don't want to leave her out). There were a few things that we noticed in the apartment and brought to Autumns attention, she had maintenance here within a few hours.All in all, I don't think we could have picked a better complex and are extremely happy moving back after 10 years of being away and living in Texas.”
