“We were in town for a family event and, thus, had several rooms booked for our party. This hotel is in a great location… Walkable to many restaurants/bars, the rooms are always clean and their personnel go above and beyond for their guests! Highly recommend!”

“I’ve travelled to Wichita several times this year. The Ambassador staff and accommodation are excellent and I always feel comfortable and even at home while staying there. Restaurant has very good food and speakeasy is a fun touch.”
“Nice hotel. Handicap parking front and rear (but the rear is closest to the elevators). Beds comfortable. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom for the wheelchair. Breakfast was a good variety, hot, and plentiful. More amenities than we used”
“I'm sure people have complained about the hotel being dated, but my thought is we get what we pay for. For the pics I paid, I thought the place was very clean and orderly. The bedsheets smelled and felt FRESH! I'm super sensitive to mattresses so ended up sleeping with my head at the foot of the bed. People with my condition will get it. Because most of us tend to SIT and read or watch TV at the head of the bed, over time, the mattress is then lower on that end. That's an FYI, not a complaint. Coming into the room there was a mirrored closet door that spooked me every time as I'd want to walk that way (basically into the door lol) rather than straight into the room. You'll have to stay there to understand. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and filling. The staff that I interacted with were all pleasant and friendly. Would i stay there again? You bet.”

“I had an incredibly satisfying stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The building itself was immaculate and maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. I also felt very safe during my stay, which is always a top priority. One of the highlights was the amazing pool that overlooks the edge of the building—truly a unique experience! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wichita.”

“The lobby could use a refresh. My room was acceptable but the bed was as hard as the floor; it did not inspire Comfort. The pillows were great and the breakfast was just OK.”
“Was a guest in one of my friends room, and as check out came up found out they couldn't pay the room. The office lady came by to tell us to leave and in the process i accidentally left a ss card and id card there because of the yelling and being told we had less than 5 minutes to leave. I'm hoping that they will have kept it so it can be returned. It's very sentimental to me and I'm hoping it wasn't thrown away”

“I think coming here is a matter of luck. I noticed a guest arguing with the woman at the front desk, but personally, my room was clean, check-in was quick, there was hot water in the shower, the TV worked, the bed was comfortable and clean, and there were towels and toilet paper in the room. The air conditioning worked well, and the parking lot was well lit at night. The woman at the desk was polite to us and answered everything we asked; she was just friendly enough to take our payment and hand us the room key. I don't know what other people expect it's not like we want her to kiss our feet. Perhaps other people are rude themselves, and they simply get the same treatment in return.”

“This motel is well located. It right off Maize Road, which has any kind of restaurant you want, from Longhorns to Firehouse Subs and pizza to Chinese. Sam’s to Walmart and even a Menards, which is a cool store. The staff at this motel are friendly and helpful. I stayed a week and Housekeeping done a great job and they checked the room everyday. I didn’t eat any breakfast because I had to leave before 6:30 am.”
