“This was the hotel my company booked me for my work trip and I loved my stay! The rooms were modern and clean, the gym was a great amenity that had everything needed for a great workout and the dining staff was so kind! I will definitely request to stay here if I visit again.”

“We had a great experience while staying here last night. We checked in yesterday and Taylor was the person checking people in. She was so friendly, she personally brought up the air mattress we asked for that was for my 13 YO, even said she swapped out the paw patrol sheets for normal ones since she saw my son using them was older. Then for breakfast my sons went down and got our free meals that came with out stay and they said the chef gave them a bunch of extras and that he was very nice. The food was surprisingly good. Overall we had a very good experience and will definitely book again for future tournaments. Thank you!”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Governor's Inn Wichita on my way down to South Padre Island, TX and liked it so much I also stayed here on my way home. The rooms are modern and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, small refrigerator and microwave. Additionally there is a great barbecue restaurant right across the parking lot and the nice staff at the front desk put my ice packs in a freezer overnight so I could keep perishable items cold in my coolers for my trip home, I will be back!”
“This stay was overall a great one. Room was clean, service friendly location was prime for us. The 3rd party i booked with put us in a smoking room. I could've switched but I saved by not doing so. Had a suite for less than a cheap room. Free breakfast.”

“Stayed at the Country Inn & Suites, Wichita East for the Memorial Day weekend and was really impressed with our experience… The Hotel is at a great location right opposite to Costco and many restaurants in close proximity. The breakfast here was just amazing, with a lot of hot and cold healthy food Options such as Breakfast potatoes, Sausage, Eggs, Waffles, Toast, Guacamole, Fruits, Oatmeal, Cereal etc… The breakfast serving lady Cassandra was amazing and kept working hard to refill during the busy weekend morning! The staff was courteous and ready to help, they offered free water bottles during the stay as well… Definitely worth the price and would stay again if travelling to Wichita ! ???”
“Everything about this hotel was really solid. Customer service was friendly and attentive, the room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast definitely hit the spot.
Now… let’s talk about the toilet paper. It’s so thin it practically disappears on contact. One second it’s there, the next it’s gone, no warning.
Also, shoutout to the cleaning staff for the fancy little toilet paper fold. It was honestly, impressive. Give her a raise for the effort. But maybe trade a little of that presentation for some actual two-ply strength.
Overall: great stay. Just… upgrade the toilet paper. Your guests (and their dignity) will thank you.”

“I'm sure people have complained about the hotel being dated, but my thought is we get what we pay for. For the pics I paid, I thought the place was very clean and orderly. The bedsheets smelled and felt FRESH! I'm super sensitive to mattresses so ended up sleeping with my head at the foot of the bed. People with my condition will get it. Because most of us tend to SIT and read or watch TV at the head of the bed, over time, the mattress is then lower on that end. That's an FYI, not a complaint. Coming into the room there was a mirrored closet door that spooked me every time as I'd want to walk that way (basically into the door lol) rather than straight into the room. You'll have to stay there to understand. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and filling. The staff that I interacted with were all pleasant and friendly. Would i stay there again? You bet.”

The person who is working on the day night, give me a hard time but the next day Judy help me feel better and And she also gave me 20 minutes late check out without any extra fee for the things that happened on the first day when I check in but overall, I can rate this 5 star because I had a pretty good time.”

“I had an incredibly satisfying stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The building itself was immaculate and maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. I also felt very safe during my stay, which is always a top priority. One of the highlights was the amazing pool that overlooks the edge of the building—truly a unique experience! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wichita.”

“The location seem to be in a safe area. The hotel itself seemed a bit rundown. I had a few issues that weren’t a problem for me, but we’re worth noting. Maintenance neglect one thing I did have to accommodate was the handheld shower had no way to mount the showerhead on the wall and it wasn’t repaired by the hotel so I had to zip tie the showerhead to the rail. Also, when I got to the room, I couldn’t find the remote for the TV so I didn’t get to watch any TV while I was there, but that wasn’t a problem. The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak, but it worked. I was pleasantly surprised with the otherwise condition of the room and the fact that it was aapartment style suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful parking felt safe and secure and the price was definitely right. They gave me a room right next to the elevator and that was a little noisy at times, but not a problem. The breakfast was adequate however I wasn’t certain about the sausage gravy because it simply was not up to an acceptable safe temperature. I didn’t get me sick. The biscuits were good. The coffee is OK. The dining room was adequate.”

“Stayed for about 2 months to start. Let's not sugar coat this, the workers truly make this place. Every single one of the ladies up front, all of the house keepers, the maintenance man; all of them are extremely welcoming and kind people. There was never a single moment they didnt show up and excel at their jobs. There's someone at that desk 24/7, the maintenance and house keeping team are on top of everything. During my little rough patch of getting into my new apartment this place basically became a little second home, and I dont regret it one bit.”

“It was good over all!! Our room (2 queen bed room) was way bigger than it looked in the pictures so that was a very pleasant surprise, decent beds too! Pool was super neat being indoor/outdoor and we really enjoyed that. Staff that I interacted with personally were nice, friendly, helpful and answered my questions! Had a good spread for breakfast as well which we thoroughly enjoyed! Would definitely stay at again!”
“Was a guest in one of my friends room, and as check out came up found out they couldn't pay the room. The office lady came by to tell us to leave and in the process i accidentally left a ss card and id card there because of the yelling and being told we had less than 5 minutes to leave. I'm hoping that they will have kept it so it can be returned. It's very sentimental to me and I'm hoping it wasn't thrown away”

“Great room for traveling on a budget. Very easily accessible from the turnpike. The people running this location are very nice and were accommodating to me at no charge for a special request. Seems like a family run business. They are competing with 3 other larger motel hotels, in the same parking lot.
The rooms are a little worn out, with older furnishings but clean ♥️. The beds are carefully made with nice fresh linens . Plenty of towels and bathroom were clean, with powerful hot shower too.”
“The rooms were clean.The front desk was very pleasant.They do have a hundred dollar deposit, which is refundable after you check out.And there are no damages. That's kind of surprised me, especially when I am a Wyndam. Rewards member.
