“Great stay! Staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Front Desk Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and smelled fresh and not musty like some other brands. Breakfast Buffett is Great! Many choices to choose from. I believe Ann or Anna greeted us with a Big Smile and got our juice and coffee and she remembered us from our stay last year! She is truly amazing! Looking forward to our next stay!”

“We had a great experience while staying here last night. We checked in yesterday and Taylor was the person checking people in. She was so friendly, she personally brought up the air mattress we asked for that was for my 13 YO, even said she swapped out the paw patrol sheets for normal ones since she saw my son using them was older. Then for breakfast my sons went down and got our free meals that came with out stay and they said the chef gave them a bunch of extras and that he was very nice. The food was surprisingly good. Overall we had a very good experience and will definitely book again for future tournaments. Thank you!”

“Ebony at the front desk was amazing! She was super friendly and always interacted with all of our girls on our basketball team every time we were in the lobby. Provided us games to play since the girls couldn't swim due to the storms. She helped make the best of an uncontrollable situation!!”

“This is our go to hotel when we are in the area. The lady who was working the front desk today on the morning of 9/13/26 is AMAZING!! We love how friendly and helpful she is. She always greets us with a smile and a hello. We have been coming here for a little over a year and we love the new remodel of the rooms. The beds are always comfortable and we love the option of having a soft or firm pillow. The showers are nice and water pressure is good. The neighborhood is quiet and we like that there is a target and a few places to eat close by. The breakfast is always good nice selection of breakfast items. All in all it’s a great place to stay for a night or longer.”
“Nice hotel. Handicap parking front and rear (but the rear is closest to the elevators). Beds comfortable. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom for the wheelchair. Breakfast was a good variety, hot, and plentiful. More amenities than we used”
“Stayed at the Country Inn & Suites, Wichita East for the Memorial Day weekend and was really impressed with our experience… The Hotel is at a great location right opposite to Costco and many restaurants in close proximity. The breakfast here was just amazing, with a lot of hot and cold healthy food Options such as Breakfast potatoes, Sausage, Eggs, Waffles, Toast, Guacamole, Fruits, Oatmeal, Cereal etc… The breakfast serving lady Cassandra was amazing and kept working hard to refill during the busy weekend morning! The staff was courteous and ready to help, they offered free water bottles during the stay as well… Definitely worth the price and would stay again if travelling to Wichita ! ???”
“A one night stay, arriving after 11pm. The guy at the desk was friendly with a good sense of humor! Leaving the next morning, we saw there was a trail behind the hotel near the wetlands. It was a lovely walk. They have a metal bridge to walk across. There was an area with benches to relax and get a lil shade. I'd recommend the walk. It's perfect for birdwatching.”

“A few negative things, the hotel parking isn't necessarily great, due to the proximity of the Kellogg frontage road. I noticed a slight chemical odor when entering our room, I'm thinking it was because our room was located above the indoor pool. However, the room was clean, quiet, the breakfast had a good selection and was very good as far as hotel breakfasts go and we were pleased with the service.”

“I love this hotel. I stayed recently on a business trip to Wichita and have now found my new favorite place. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, walkable to Soo many things. I was able to try breakfast and the bar at night - the staff were all so friendly and food was not only delicious but not overpriced. I did take a break and hop in the roof top pool with glass bottom overlook to the city - way cool! See y'all again soon!!”

“The room was great. I have stayed many times over the past few years. I made my reservation while driving and was quoted a lower rate than I was billed. At check out, they said to get the special rate, I would have had to reserve the room online. (hard to do when driving late at night).”

“Daisy at check in was amazing! She was very professional and swift with my check in! Sarah in breakfast was also great! She kept the breakfast buffet stocked and cleaned as well as cleaned tables even when the lobby was full! Room was clean and comfortable to chill in, i will definitely return!”
“Stayed here just for a night so it wasn’t bad but it is really meant for extended stays as the room had a full kitchen and they did not do breakfast. The room was clean and had some good appointments (desk and recliner) but the shower was very loud (could hear other people when they ran their shower). For a business trip it would work just fine.”
“Visit family in Wichita twice a year and usually stay on west side of town. Decided to give the east side a go and glad I found Mainstays. Comfortable rooms. Clean. Front desk check in was quick and easy. Real nice and polite. Will return.”

But the suites are well appointment with the amenities one would want and need.
The pool is clean and fun.
The free breakfast is satisfying.
The location is beautiful, with trees and a big creek or small river running along side it.
Wonderful for walking your pet.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
We have no complaints because we live in the moment and enjoy what life gifts us.”

“Stayed for about 2 months to start. Let's not sugar coat this, the workers truly make this place. Every single one of the ladies up front, all of the house keepers, the maintenance man; all of them are extremely welcoming and kind people. There was never a single moment they didnt show up and excel at their jobs. There's someone at that desk 24/7, the maintenance and house keeping team are on top of everything. During my little rough patch of getting into my new apartment this place basically became a little second home, and I dont regret it one bit.”

“It was good over all!! Our room (2 queen bed room) was way bigger than it looked in the pictures so that was a very pleasant surprise, decent beds too! Pool was super neat being indoor/outdoor and we really enjoyed that. Staff that I interacted with personally were nice, friendly, helpful and answered my questions! Had a good spread for breakfast as well which we thoroughly enjoyed! Would definitely stay at again!”
“Was a guest in one of my friends room, and as check out came up found out they couldn't pay the room. The office lady came by to tell us to leave and in the process i accidentally left a ss card and id card there because of the yelling and being told we had less than 5 minutes to leave. I'm hoping that they will have kept it so it can be returned. It's very sentimental to me and I'm hoping it wasn't thrown away”

“I think coming here is a matter of luck. I noticed a guest arguing with the woman at the front desk, but personally, my room was clean, check-in was quick, there was hot water in the shower, the TV worked, the bed was comfortable and clean, and there were towels and toilet paper in the room. The air conditioning worked well, and the parking lot was well lit at night. The woman at the desk was polite to us and answered everything we asked; she was just friendly enough to take our payment and hand us the room key. I don't know what other people expect it's not like we want her to kiss our feet. Perhaps other people are rude themselves, and they simply get the same treatment in return.”
