“I bought several trees and shrubs at Brady during a heat wave in August. The customer service was excellent despite the heat, and they were able to deliver without charge that day. Ethan, one of their managers, handled the delivery and gave good advice on watering and planting. Everything is planted and thriving over a month later! I’ve used Brady before and will use them again. It’s the nursery you can get expert advice while you shop.”

“Just had sprinklers repaired after a lightning strike fried the controller and some valves in the ground. They were quick to respond to my estimate and arrived on time to do the work. Completed quickly. Had all the parts needed on arrival. They also fixed a leak that I was unaware of for no extra charge.

“Woodard Mercantile West in Maize is an absolute gem, and it deserves all 5 stars! It's more than just a store – it's an experience! I am brand new to Wichita and this is a great find! It is advertised as a feed store (and I don't have animals) but was referred there for bird feeders.From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an overwhelming (in the best way possible!) amount of merchandise. There's something for everyone, with a unique selection you won't find anywhere else. It will be my first stop the next time I need a gift for someone.The friendly and helpful staff adds another layer of charm to the experience. They're reminiscent of the "good old days" of customer service.If you're looking for a place to escape the ordinary and experience something truly special, Woodard Mercantile West is a must-visit!
