“I bought several trees and shrubs at Brady during a heat wave in August. The customer service was excellent despite the heat, and they were able to deliver without charge that day. Ethan, one of their managers, handled the delivery and gave good advice on watering and planting. Everything is planted and thriving over a month later! I’ve used Brady before and will use them again. It’s the nursery you can get expert advice while you shop.”

“We live over an hour from the east store. I'd ordered a Maytag washer and dryer which took a week to be delivered to the store since they do not make deliveries in our area. We got to the store and notified them of our arrival, gave them the information they needed, and told them we had quite a bit of shopping to do. They told us they would bring them out front and they would be by the customer service when we were done. When we came back to get someone to help us inspect and load them for us, it took almost an hour of waiting. Way too much time. The washer had a dent in it. I did not want to wait another week and have to drive back. Fortunately, they discounted it for us. Most of the employees were very helpful.”

“I have gone to Dutches several times and every time the service is tremendous. The employees are so friendly and helpful , I have little to no knowledge of plants , but wanted to do some planters . I explained what I wanted my space and such , they literally walked around and helped me shop picking plants that worked for me . I also bought an aloe on a on a whim, and when it out grew its pot I took it back to buy a new pot . Since I had never transplanted anything before , I was asking questions, when they realized it was just the one little plant and the smallest bag of soil they had was 10lbs . They offered to just transplant it to the new pot for me ! They are so kind and helpful . I LOVE going here , makes me want to learn to garden just so I can go here more . They also have cat grass !!! Which my cat was obsessed with as soon as I put it down .”
