“One thing I did not know, you cannot use their packaging tape if you are shipping basic ground. If you are shipping priority then you can use their tape. Not blaming our post office, they are just following the rules. But heads up for anyone taking a box or envelope to ship.”

“I first visited this post office Saturday morning to mail out packages to family in Florida. Karen was so nice and helpful! She advised me about pricing and weight for packages I may mail out in the future. My family received their packages today! Thank you Karen, you’re delightful and we appreciate the service you provided to us!”

“Just wow! Today I had a box of live fish arrive at the post office, and someone there made a special trip to our house bc they noticed the live fish label. I had been watching tracking planning to pick it up if it made it to the post office today, but she beat me to it and had it here within an hour.
They are always nice when I need to go into the post office, and our regular mailman is friendly and lets my children "deliver" our mail if they're in the front yard.”

“Where do I even start! My boyfriend and I had bought/moved into a new construction home and had issues with our address. Our address was incorrect in so many ways and it was quite frustrating. I was connected to the Delano USPS location from the 800 number and spoke with Autumn. Since that call, Autumn has worked around the clock getting this issue resolved and called me regularly to send me updates. I now joke that I have a friend at the Post Office! Never in my life did I think a postal worker would go above and beyond for people within their region, but Autumn defied the odds and got it done! I am extremely grateful for Autumn's dedication to her work and her postal region to ensure the satisfaction, but also the addresses, of whom they serve. Thank you, Autumn!!”
“The only Post Office left in Wichita that has self-service offerings 24-7. Nice Post Office though it is a ways out west. Access is reasonable enough, spacious parking lot and driveway too. The ramp up to the building is a bit long though.”

“I have not gotten better service from a USPS office, Ever. They're knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Everything you would want your post office to be. I live in NW Wichita and drive up to Maize to use this post office. They offer excellent service.”
