I have not gotten better service from a USPS office, Ever. They're knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Everything you would want your post office to be. I live in NW Wichita and drive up to Maize to use this post office. They offer excellent service.

This is the worst post office that I have ever dealt with. Full of employees that are incompetent and actively choose to not do their jobs. From putting packages in the wrong po Box to returning items to the sender even though we have an active change of address form. So glad we moved and don't have to deal with these people anymore

Postal worker on route 4 in Maize, ks is lazy and unprofessional. She thinks that because I was unable to make it to my box for 1 day she has the authority to stop my mail and return to sender. Umm no ma'am. I had 4 pieces of paper mail and 3 boxes that wouldn't all fit in my box, so she tried to stop my mail. Pure laziness and extreme lack of customer service. I owe no explanations as to why I didn't make it for 1 day or even 2. My porch is sunken in and covered with a long entry. The weather and neighbors are not a factor. Seems as though this particular postal worker is extremely lazy and doesn't like doing her job, which is so deliver mail. Not try to teach lessons on how often I get my mail. Period. She needs a new profession.

This office has no one operating it during posted business hours. I came in with a package to mail at 9 am - door was closed, no human inside the building.

The Maize branch is the best! Very friendly clerks. You are made to feel like family. They advise you the best options to mail at lowest price.
