If I had any sense, I would’ve came to the store instead of ever calling customer service. They had me In-N-Out in about five minutes and I was on the phone for about three days straight trying to fix the exact same problem. FixI needed an inexpensive phone for platform secondary security. She immediately showed me what I needed, signed me up verifying phone worked and I was out the door.
