“I broke my phone skiing and most places were charging around 350-400ish just for a new screen. I am in the mall all the time and I always walk by this place and I decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. He charged significantly less than other places did and did an amazing job, not to mention there was no wait, it only took around 40 minutes and he was extremely nice. I will for sure be going back if I have an issue with my phone again.”

“I just got off the phone with one of the representatives at this store location, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I was having trouble getting a porting PIN through my local U.S. Cellular store, so I called this location for help. They were some of the nicest people I’ve worked with over the phone in a long time. Very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Great people, great staff, and great customer service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing phone assistance.”
