Best Buy is a clean store with cool staff and good people to work with, offering decent sales and a convenient price match policy. Customers report getting decent prices on items like a Chromebook with solid specifics or a Netgear router, noting you get what you pay for with electronics. Help in the store is often better for decisions and resolving issues than online or call-in services, with some staff providing excellent assistance. However, experiences can vary, with some staff appearing bored, disinterested, and not personable. The store layout is criticized for being cluttered, hard to navigate, and poorly organized, making it difficult to find the checkout. While some find prices high, the sales and policy are attractive for those on a budget, though the aggressive competitive policy is noted. A bad experience with a product can be made better by helpful in-store service.
💻Cool staff with some decent sales if you know when to go and what your looking for!
Got a damn good Chromebook with solid specifics for a decent price~ can't complain! ✨
Will most likely come back if I need anything that's on sale!

Better help in store with decisions on what to purchase and also to resolve a follow up issue with the purchase "paperwork" (electronic payment) than using online or call in customer support services. Good people to work with in the store.

Would give 5 stars, but the person waiting on me did not appear interested in actually helping me...like he was bored and disinterested, just tolerating me. I spent over $2000 that day and knew exactly what I wanted. How much easier could it be to be friendly and personable?!?
