Probably the worst internet I have ever had in my entire life. I have had some poor internet providers in the past, but this is by far the worst. It is so poor, that I can not even connect to a minecraft server. If you can help, go for someone else.

Had a wonderful and easy experience returning my wifi box after cancelling my service due to a move. The team members were all friendly and the return took minutes! As far as Cox Internet, it’s fairly reliable but maybe not the greatest in town.

Been a customer for years had outages constantly for years it just seems like they can't keep coverage up.......awful just awful........I pay 100 dollars a month for my plan too......
