Amazing business with excellent customer service. I bought a vintage watch here a few weeks ago, and sadly after trying to tune it the pocket watch did not run. The shops employees did an amazing job finding a replacement and communicating with me about it. Much better than the cooperate stores located in the mall.

My sterling silver ring that I've worn for 20+ years broke at the bottom, and G Thomas was able to fix it!
